Checked 21 October 2026. Students searching for an ACCA scholarship in Pakistan often need help with different costs: professional-body fees, tuition, exam entry or learning materials. Before applying, establish which of those costs a scheme actually pays. A tuition discount is useful, but it is different from a scholarship that funds qualification charges.
Compare three different kinds of support
| Support | What to establish |
|---|---|
| ACCA scholarship | Official scheme, eligible applicants, covered costs, application window and selection process |
| University or provider support | The specific programme, institution, funding decision and any conditions attached |
| Tuition discount | The course, batch, price before discount, final price and access terms |
Do not add together advertised percentages unless the provider confirms they can be combined. An offer on a particular course does not imply a waiver of registration, annual subscription, exemption or exam fees payable to ACCA.
Where should you check ACCA scholarships?
Start with ACCA’s official scholarships information. The Simpson Scholarship is one named route to investigate. Read the current scheme terms and application instructions rather than assuming it is an automatic award for every new student. Eligibility and opening dates must be checked for the actual round.
As of this article’s review, we have not verified an open application window for a new 2027 round. A past-round application page is not proof that applications are currently being accepted. Check the current official page and contact ACCA if labels or dates conflict.
Can a tuition discount be called a scholarship?
Ask for the written definition used in the offer. A discount may reduce one paper’s tuition; a scholarship may use merit, need or other eligibility conditions. Compare what is funded, who decides and how the benefit is paid. Do not infer that the offer is from ACCA simply because it relates to an ACCA course.
A funding checklist before you apply
- Record the scheme’s exact name and official organiser.
- Check whether it is for new students, registered students, a particular qualification stage or a specific institution.
- List the costs covered and the costs still payable.
- Verify the application window and required evidence.
- Read academic-performance, continuation, repayment or withdrawal conditions where applicable.
- Keep the award letter and payment/access terms separately from marketing material.
Use secure official channels for identity or financial evidence. Do not send account passwords to anyone offering to obtain funding for you. An application or a discussion with a provider does not itself establish an award.
What if you need instalments instead?
Instalments change when you pay; they do not necessarily reduce the full course cost. Ask for the total, each due date, any additional charge, the effect of late payment and access through the exam period. Confirm whether a quoted payment plan concerns tuition only. Do not assume a tuition instalment arrangement changes an external ACCA deadline.
Build the remaining budget
After deducting confirmed support, record registration/subscription, exams or exemptions, tuition, materials, connectivity and any exam travel separately. Mark unconfirmed funding as pending, rather than treating it as money already awarded. Our ACCA fees in Pakistan guide explains those budget categories.
Ask ASA about a specific course offer
On the course page, select the actual paper, language and batch to see the applicable price. If you need clarification, contact ASA with that course and your intended attempt. Ask for written eligibility and access conditions. This article does not announce a new ASA scholarship or promise that every learner qualifies for a discount.
Before buying tuition, also check your entry route and exemptions so support is used for papers you actually need.
