ACCA Country Study Guides
Choose where you plan to study and sit your exams. Build a checklist for entry, exemptions, fees and exam availability using current official resources.
Select a country yourself, or allow the site’s country detection to suggest one.
Your ACCA planning checklist
Your residence, the country where you earned your qualifications and your intended exam location may be different. Use the correct location for each official check.
Compare the exact name of your school or university qualification with ACCA’s entry database. Note your subjects, grades and awarding institution. If the qualification is not listed or your results do not match, ask ACCA which starting route applies before paying registration fees.
Search by the institution, programme and graduation year of the qualification you actually studied. Keep a record of the papers offered, the exemption fees and any evidence requested. Compare accepting an exemption with refreshing the knowledge needed for your next paper.
Select the correct country on ACCA’s fees pages. List registration, annual subscriptions, exemptions and each planned exam separately. Then add tuition, materials, currency conversion, payment charges and any travel or centre costs. Record the date and currency of every quote; tuition and ACCA fees are separate.
Use your intended exam location and paper to check the available booking method and format. Do not assume that a remote exam, local centre or particular paper variant is available everywhere. Confirm the booking deadline, identification requirements and any centre arrangements before planning travel or paying.
Write down your confirmed entry route, accepted exemptions and the paper you want to study next. Choose a realistic exam sitting and divide your available weeks between learning, question practice and revision. If you work or attend college, block out your actual weekly study time before committing to several papers.
Keep your exam plan separate from career assumptions. Local employment, audit-signing rights, licensing and immigration rules require their own checks; completing ACCA does not by itself guarantee a job or a right to practise in every country.
Before registering, keep the official entry result, exemption decision, dated fee breakdown, chosen paper and exam-location confirmation together. Share questions with ACCA or your tuition provider before making a payment when any of those details are unclear.
