Use ACCA’s official website and myACCA for registration, exam, subscription and account enquiries. Use ASA’s query form for ASA tuition, course access and class guidance. The two organisations do not operate the same account or support system.

Contact details below were checked against ACCA’s official directory on 27 October 2026. Recheck the linked directory before travelling, because addresses and contact arrangements can change.

These are ACCA office details, not ASA’s admissions numbers. The official ACCA office directory also lists other Pakistan offices. Confirm the department and visiting arrangements first. The directory lists multiple offices; this guide does not label one as a national “head office” without official confirmation.
Where is the official myACCA login?
Start at ACCA’s official website and choose myACCA. Follow that route to the current login service instead of relying on an old bookmarked login address. ASA’s student account is for this website’s services and cannot display or change your official ACCA exam record.
If you cannot sign in, use the recovery or help options supplied by ACCA. Check the email address associated with your account and record the exact error message. Never send your password, recovery code or one-time code through a tuition enquiry form.
Prepare a useful support request
- Identify the issue: registration, payment, exam entry, subscription, PER or account access.
- Collect the relevant date, reference and a screenshot with private information removed where appropriate.
- Use the official portal’s help route and retain the case reference.
- Follow up with the same reference so the history stays connected.
ACCA’s contact-service notice directs enquiries towards the myACCA portal and its support resources. This article does not promise a response time or claim access to ACCA’s support queue.
Choose the route by the decision you need
Before contacting anyone, write the outcome you need in one sentence. “I want to check an exam payment” needs a different owner from “I want evening tuition for FR”. The first concerns your official student record; the second concerns a provider’s teaching service. Sending the same message to several unrelated organisations can create extra replies without resolving the underlying issue.
For an account query, use the official account holder’s details and the secure channel ACCA provides. For a class query, give the course name, intended sitting, language preference and study availability. Your academic background can be summarised without sending complete identity documents in an initial enquiry.
Example: a payment and a class question
Imagine that Amina has paid for a tuition course and separately attempted an ACCA exam booking. Her course login works, but she cannot confirm the exam entry. The tuition provider can confirm the teaching purchase; it cannot use that purchase as proof that ACCA accepted an exam entry. Amina should check the official account and payment record, then use ACCA support if the position remains unclear.
In her tuition message, she can ask when the next lesson starts and whether the course access covers her intended sitting. In her official exam message, she can describe the paper, session, date of the attempted transaction and the exact status shown. Keeping those requests separate makes each one answerable.
What to include in a follow-up
- The previous case reference and the date you raised it.
- A short description of what remains unresolved.
- Any new error message or relevant change since the last reply.
- The outcome you need confirmed, such as whether an entry exists.
Do not send repeated messages containing different versions of the facts. Keep a simple chronology so that a support adviser can follow the issue. If you receive a response asking for further information, use the official channel and check exactly what was requested rather than uploading an unrelated collection of documents.
Common contact and login questions
Can ASA reset my myACCA password?
No. ASA’s website account and your official myACCA account are separate. Use ACCA’s recovery process for its account. A class adviser should not need your official password or a one-time code to explain tuition options.
Does an office telephone number guarantee walk-in service?
No. Check the official directory and confirm the current arrangements before travelling. A general listing does not establish that a particular department will handle your issue in person on a particular day.
Should I use a number copied from a search screenshot?
Verify it against the organisation’s current official site. Search snippets, old posts and forwarded messages can outlast the contact arrangements they describe. The verification step matters more than the number of times a number appears online.
What if I am only considering ACCA?
Use official entry guidance for eligibility questions and ask ASA about its own teaching service. Bring your intended route, previous study and available hours to the discussion. You do not need to create confusion between a tuition enquiry and an official application.
Which questions can ASA help with?
Ask ASA about its tutors, language options, teaching format, lesson access and tuition quotations. For broader planning, read the ACCA in Pakistan guide. For the official application process, use our registration checklist alongside ACCA’s own instructions.
Explore ASA’s course and demo options or leave a tuition question in the query form on this page. Do not upload identity documents or official account credentials simply to ask about a class.
