Planning your TX study
Taxation preparation needs the correct examination variant and tax-year rules. Before using any tax rate, allowance or worked example, check that it belongs to your intended exam session. Build a separate record of the rules you can recall and the calculations you need to practise.
Try an active study task
After the orientation, choose one tax topic from your study plan. Write out the calculation headings before inserting figures, keep workings visible, and explain why an item is included or excluded. This makes it easier to distinguish a rule you have misunderstood from a simple arithmetic error.
